The Marshfield Fair, a traditional country fair that has taken place for over over a hundred years, will be here yet again from Friday, August 15th to Sunday, August 24th.

The Marshfield Fair has a ton of activities for visitors to check out including arts and crafts, demo derbies and a children's zoo.

The fair will also have musical performances, including Kristen Merlin, Reminisce and Southern Hospitality.

The 13th Annual Boston Tattoo Convention will take place on August 29th-31st at the Boston Back Bay Sheraton Hotel.

The Boston Tattoo Convention will have tons of artists, vendors and events!

Some of the events at the Boston Tattoo Convention include live music, The Miss Boston Ink Beauty Contest and the Dr. Bones' Circus of Marvels.

The Boston GreenFest in City Hall, is a unique festival aimed at promoting the importance of improving the environment and connect with others to find ways to make the Earth a better place. The event will be held from August 15th-17th.

The Shops at Prudential Center presents the Magic 106.7 Family Film Festival featuring "The Lego Movie" on August 15th! 

"The festival runs every Saturday through August 30 in the Center’s South Garden with entertainment, games and gift card giveaways beginning at 6 p.m. followed by the featured movie starting at sundown.

The first 20 guests to arrive each night will receive a free picnic blanket compliment of The Shops at Prudential Center.

The festival is free to the public, and guests who make a $10 purchase in the Center can take advantage of on-site discounted parking."

New England's largest comic book and pop culture convention will be in Boston from August 8th-10th at the Seaport World Trade Center. 

This year's Boston Comic Con will be bigger and better than previous years. There are a ton of guest celebrities scheduled, guest artists, a film festival and more! There are even events for children to participate in!

Guests for the 2014 Boston Comic Con include John Barrowman from "Doctor Who", Sean Astin of "Lord of the Rings" and Jason Momoa of "Game of Thrones"!

For those of you who appreciate art and are willing to check out something a little different, visit The Museum of Bad Art might be for you.

There are two galleries located in the Boston area. One is located in the basement of the Somerville Theatre; the other in the lobby of Brookline Access Television.

The Boston Parks & Recreation Department has been hosting a summer fitness series where people can go and get a free workout at their favorite park! 

Choose from an array of activities, including Boot Camp, Yoga and Zumba! The classes are going on at parks all around the city, including The Brighton Commons, Franklin Park, Mission Hill Playground and Symphony Park!
