The Dude abides! The Coolidge Corner Theatre is holding its annual The Big Lebowski screening and bowling party on Tuesday, August 1 at 7pm. This Coen Brothers cult classic is an outrageously insane comedy of bowling, confused identities, naked performance art, porn-obsessed nihilists, a sex offender named Jesus, and some unforgettable musical dream sequences. Not to mention the inimitable Jeff Bridges as The Dude.
There wlll be plenty of pre-show festivities to really tie things together: Lebowski trivia, a costume contest, script readings, and, of course bowling! The Coolidge has collected a ton of Dude-themed prizes to hand out - so dust off your bathrobes, work on your Walter impressions, and come celebrate this cult sensation.
Where: Coolidge Corner
When: Tonight at 7pm
Price: $6.75 - $9.75
