#301 Tristen @ O'Brien's Pub

Posted by Tara Peterson on Tue, Feb 22, 2011

packshotWarm up this evening at O'Brien's Pub (
3 Harvard Ave., Boston, MA, 02134 | (617) 782-6245) with Tristen. ($9)
She's been Nashville's best-kept secret, but this single-named chanteuse is poised for bigger and better things with the recent release of her sprightly new album of baroque folk-pop. "Charlatans at the Garden Gate" glimmers with traces of Neko Case, the Shangri Las, and maybe just a touch of Loretta Lynn. (James Reed, Globe Staff)
