Perhaps you’re like every other buyer in the market right now. You can’t find [anything](https://charlesgaterealty.com/2013/market-trends/the-true-state-of-boston-condo-inventory-for-sale) right now and you’re wondering when to expect some new listing to hit the Boston real estate market for sale. Maybe you’re wondering when the “spring market” actually starts. Or whether or not it even exists.

Well if 2013 is anything like 2012, here’s a little preview of what to expect:

Clearly the “spring market” is no myth. Almost as many Boston listings come on market from March through June as the rest of the year combined.
