This month’s issue of Boston magazine has a focus on the the current state of Boston’s Real Estate Market. Charlesgate Realty’s Michael DiMella is quoted throughout the article that looks at some of the reasons Boston is doing so well in the real estate realm currently. On the scarce inventory: “Low inventory right now is essentially the only thing holding the market from being even busier than it is,” DiMella says. “Places are coming on the market for more than they would have six months or a year ago, and demand is outpacing supply right now at almost all price points.” – Michael DiMella
