This is a great snapshot of what is going on in today’s marketplace and the changes that have occurred over the past year. What are some of the highlights of the report?

- There was a huge surge in sales volume – with 1,236 condo units closed in July 2013. (Interested in a condo? [Check out our condo association questions you should ask](http://949.sites.hubspot.com/9-questions-condo-association).)
- The shortage of condo inventory (as well as single family) remains – with limited options for our clients. (But did you know we compiled [off-market opportunities](http://949.sites.hubspot.com/off-market-listings) that highlight options that are not even on the open market?)
- [Sellers](https://charlesgaterealty.com/home-seller-seminar-2/) are benefiting! The list to sale price ratio was almost perfect at 99.9%!
