Oh boy is that an absurd expression, but when it comes to renting a renovated and spacious apartment anywhere within walking distance of Downtown Boston how else can we describe it? When people call asking for both ample living area and renovated living area I usually send them packing off to East Boston or South Boston. Today you need look no further than 10 Moon St.

If you see a three bedroom apartment for $3300-3700 in the North End you would NOT expect it to be both renovated and over 1100 square feet.  For both renovated and spacious you can call any Realtor in the city about 214 Hanover St at $4200. If, however, you can rent 10 Moon St, which fits both bills, at $3300.

Located just around the corner from Old North Park, Moon Street’s location cannot be surmounted. From your doorstep you can walk to both some of the most prestigious employers in Boston and vibrant culture on Hanover St. You might even find yourself walking smugly by all the people fighting over taxis in Fanuil Hall!

This duplex is on the third and fourth floor. Immediately when you enter notice the apartment’s open layout. To your right you will find the renovated kitchen featuring dishwasher, granite countertops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. To your left you will find a highly functional bonus room/ main room, fire escape deck and full bath. Upstairs there are all three bedrooms, two of which have skylights, and another half bath.
