3 Most Expensive Nationwide Housing Markets in Mass Revealed

3 of Boston’s affluent neighborhoods were recently ranked in the top 25 for the entire country according to a recent survey. Wellesley, Newton and Weston all made the list that saw an average home price across almost 2,000 markets at $301,414. About half of the Most Expensive markets were located in California with Malibu ranking highest at $2.16 Million.

Weston was the 9th most expensive market, with a 4-bedroom homing costing an average of $1.23 million. Weston has long been known as having the highest per capita income in Massachusetts and is ranked in the Top 100 Housing Markets in the United States. Search Weston real estate.

Wellesley came in 16th with an average of $1.08 million. This community is home to about 28,000 residents and also the location of Babson College. Search Wellesley real estate. 

Newton just barely made the list at the 25th spot with $912,745. It is consistently ranked as one of the best cities to live in America in a variety of publications. Search Newton real estate.
