3 of Boston’s affluent neighborhoods were recently ranked in the top 25 for the entire country according to a recent [survey](http://www.boston.com/yourtown/news/wellesley/2013/11/weston_wellesley_newton_among_25_most_expensive_housing_mark.html). Wellesley, Newton and Weston all made the list that saw an average home price across almost 2,000 markets at $301,414. About half of the Most Expensive markets were located in California with Malibu ranking highest at $2.16 Million.

Weston has long been known as having the highest per capita income in Massachusetts and is ranked in the Top 100 Housing Markets in the United States.
