2 Peas in a POD?

As a Realtor I am often asked by my selling clients for tips on getting their home ready for sale.

You can hire a stager or I offer some minor staging and have my own supplies. Depending on the property a full staging is not always necessary or cost effective. You might need to freshen up the house with some neutral paint colors or possibly would like some tips on making the outside of your house or entryway appealing to potential buyers. Need the name of a house cleaner to make your house sparkle? Would you like the name of a great company that handles clean outs? Ask me!

But what about the belongings you would like to take with you?

Decluttering is one of the most effective tools you can use to make your house show ready. Potential buyers need to be able to picture their belongings in the house. If you are like most sellers you have accumulated a lot of items since you initially moved into your house.

Consider renting a POD. I am sure you have seen them. It looks like a moving van but the container is delivered to your driveway. They come in different sizes that fit your needs and you can leave in your driveway until you move or have the POD taken to storage.

Brilliant!
