# The Lancaster | 55 New Condominiums For Sale Starting in the $400K’s

I’m thrilled to announce that PT Vineburgh and I have been retained to market [The Lancaster](http://lancasterboston.com), Boston’s next great new development project. With 55 condominiums coming soon for sale at 1501 Commonwealth Ave., it will be adding much needed for-sale inventory to the Boston real estate market. It will also be fantastic value for the money, with prices starting in the $400K’s. Designed by Tise Design Associates, The Lancaster is slated to be a signature piece of architecture in the English Jacobean style, and will add beautiful character on Commonwealth Ave in Brighton. High end finishes, spacious floor plans (mostly 2 bedroom/2 bath), garage parking, and a wealth of outdoor space for the units are also planned. Construction is underway now. Finish specs and pricing are being finalized to begin pre-sales in the near future.
