The Vineburgh|DiMella Team at Charlesgate Realty Group is seeking a smart, organized, and passionate real estate executive assistant to report directly to the owners and be a vital team member to support the owners administratively, help drive business growth, and support our clients with excellent service and hospitality.

You’ll play a key role directly supporting firm owners Michael DiMella and PT Vineburgh to expand team business, help grow the firm, and effectively serve clients. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about real estate and is a true supporting leader. You must be extremely organized, a self starter, and a fast learner.

Real estate experience is important. You either have your real estate license or have worked in a support role in a real estate firm. If you don’t have real estate experience, you’ll have to prove why it doesn’t matter. You’ll be the primary contact point for clients and incoming leads. You should be very comfortable communicating on the phone about the real estate process and the market. Managing real estate transactions from initial inquiry to closing and beyond is a large part of this role. You’ll be communicating regularly with buyer and seller clients to coordinate the entire sales process from updating marketing, scheduling showings & inspections, managing files & e-signatures, monitoring outside vendors like lenders and attorneys, and monitoring deadlines are all in a typical day’s work.
