<https://www.charlesgate.com/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Depositphotos_3127843_xs-1-1.jpg>Welcome to 2015! You think this may be the year you make the decision to [buy your first home](https://charlesgaterealty.com/2014/buying-advice/tech-tools-make-buying-selling-breeze/)? If so, we have the perfect event for you to attend next week. Our first Boston home buyer class is next Tuesday, the 13th at 6:00. Now we don’t want you to see “class” and think back to your college days with boring homework and lectures. That is not at all what this is!

We have a fun time explaining the home buying process from mortgages to [handy tips and tools](https://charlesgaterealty.com/2014/buying-advice/abcs-boston-home-buying-part-1/) to finding your first home. We structure the event around your questions and provide our knowledge from more than 10 years in the business!

Plus, we have some great food, beer, and wine to give you something to snack on while you listen.

We have a few spots left so make sure you sign up and join us for this FREE and informative event!
