Neighborhood X recently completed a study looking at the final quarter of 2015 comparing prices throughout all of the neighborhoods in Boston and NYC. Of the top ten most expensive neighborhoods, more than half were located in Boston. At the top of the list was, not surprisingly, NYC’s Greenwich Village. Heading Boston’s most expensive was Beacon Hill @ $1,061/ sq ft closely followed by Back Bay @ $1,035.
