I asked a lot of buyers (and sellers) that come through my office what they would really like to see us add as a tool on our website.  And the number one answer is a map based property search function.

So, as part of my plan to introduce more and more customer centric tools for you to use.....I would like to present our new google map based MLS property search.  Try it out here (or click the picture of the map above): [http://www.charlesgaterealty.com/search](https://www.charlesgaterealty.com/search)

This map search program is a great tool (at least I think so)!  It has integrated community/school information, instant Zillow property valuations, and RSS and email feeds to automatically send you any new properties fitting your criteria each day, among other features....

Try it out....tell me what you think!  How can we make it better?  Really.  I appreciate the feedback!
