Many of our first time buyer clients have been asking for a general homebuying overview timeline in graphical form.  I put together a quick version that you can quickly open (pdf):

Feel free to use it for now - but check back because I will be adding more info and details to this timeline soon. I am also writing an "e-book" that will fully detail the homebuying process with a special focus on local Boston markets!  Plus I'll have a regular blog article (maybe weekly or bi-weekly) that will feature frequently asked question from buyers, seller, and renters in Boston and my answers plus answers from other industry experts like mortgage brokers and attorneys.
