monthly segment - "what's up with that?"

this month - it happens all the time like some mystical phenomenon.  I have no idea why.

It happens to sale and rental property.

examples - 265 West Newton,

From sarah:

Have a few, one theme is it always seems to be people who are in a hurry, check in hand, need something ASAP, etc…

For example…

Had a customer, their apartment was being sold, had a newborn, needed something immediate and wanted an outdoor space for their little one…

There was a St. Germain, that had been available forever, only one in their price range, had a patio, was vacant and available immediately – they ran to the bank, got a check, filled out an app – apartment had rented that morning!

 from tim:

205 richdale - multiple low ball offers

My comment would be that it would be a good agent that makes those situations happen – one that you want working for you if you’re trying to sell, if that is at all helpful.

what to call this phenomenon??
