Back Bay prices are up 25% in 5 years.

 

**South End 5 Year Price Index **

South End prices are up 20% in 5 years (although more volatile than the Back Bay apparently).

 

**Beacon Hill 5 Year Price Index **

Beacon Hill prices are up 18% in 5 years.
