Javens Lucas joined the CHARLESGATE Brokerage Team in May of 2022. He is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree at Wentworth Institute of Technology where he is studying Real Estate Development, while also working as a full-time Property Manager for CHARLESGATE.

Javens is originally from Boston and is very excited to begin his career as an agent. He describes “the experience of working in a competitive atmosphere” to be his favorite part of being an agent, “My goal is to win every time for my clients and team. If you have a goal in mind, I will try my best to help you obtain it.” Javens’ clients describe him as resourceful, discerning, motivated, well-connected, and informed.
