Nick joined Charlesgate after a successful 20-plus year career with the Commonwealth’s Division of Capital Asset Management  Maintenance, Office of Real Estate Management. In his most recent position as Deputy Director for Asset Management, Nick was responsible for planning and policy development as it related to the acquisition, disposition and lease of state-owned real estate for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

During his tenure, Nick closed countless residential and commercial transactions totaling many millions of dollars including the sales of state-owned land to the Greater Boston Food Bank and the sale of the 89-acre parcel to the City of Waltham, as well as working with many Boston Area developers on housing creation.

Nick brings his depth of skills and experience accrued as a leader executing complex transactions on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is excited to build upon his lifelong passion for the field as a real estate agent at Charlesgate.
