That's what the NY Times had to say about the SoWa open market, which just so happens to be kicking of its 7th season this weekend from 10am-5pm today.

This is the biggest season opener to date, featuring 140 indie designers, crafters, artists, musicians, farmers and much more.

Take note that the market has moved down the block to a new location this year.  Now at the humongous parking lot at 460 Harrison Ave at the end of Thayer Street.  Head down, you can't miss the big white tents.

The market will be open every Sunday through October 31, 2010, excluding 3 major holiday weekends (May 30, July 4, and September 5).

Not to give you a weather update, because you can obviously tell what it's like out side, but we have it on good authority that it's supposed to clear up for a bit this afternoon...so we wanted to suggest Urban AdventureTours, which gives you a unique, eco-friendly bicycle tour throughout the Boston area. Between the hours of 10am and 2pm (and don't forget their Funway to Fenway and Bikes@Night Tours) you can cruse through Boston on bike and see architecture and history.
