You'll think you’ve wandered into some upscale gallery or gift shop, but the prices are a steal. Products on offer include not only unique, handmade items by those aforementioned students, but also tastefully selected funky commercially produced stuff. The best part? Ten percent of the profits go toward scholarships. It's pretty nifty idea if you ask me! I wish I had this when I was in art school!

#393 John Williams: Hooray for Hollywood

Posted by Tara Peterson on Thu, May 26, 2011

johnwilliamsOkay...I'm a HUGE OST fan. And I have John Williams to thank for that. I remember when I saw him for the first time at the POPS and I wanted to have a huge sign that said "I LOVE you John Williams" and wanted to sway my lighter around...but my brother stopped me from doing so.

If you share my love for J.W. and for just movie music in general, because after all, what would the movies be without the music...head to Symphony Hall for Hooray for Hollywood or even purchase your tickets online right now.
The line-up seems AMAZIMG!
