#283 Vintage Winter Sports Exhibit

skiI've always wondered how downhill skiing came about....was it a dare? "Here, strap on these planks of wood, and see if you can make it down this mountain..." Was it an accident? I don't know if this exhibit answers those questions, but I am sure it may help me get closer to the answer.

Many years ago, the ski world was a different place. See how at a ski exhibit presented by Grand Circle Gallery and the New England Ski Museum. The show features more than 30 vintage ski and Winter Olympic posters, vintage skis and apparel, antique snow shoes, and ski paraphernalia.

Head to the Grand Circle Gallery | 347 Congress St., Boston, MA, 02210 | to see it for yourself.
