Interested in staying healthy and enjoying yoga in America’s oldest public park? Join us Thursday mornings from 9:00am to 10:30am for outdoor yoga classes in at the Frog Pond! Appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike, classes will be held weekly through to the fall. Drop-in only, with no advanced registration required, and the classes are free! Our knowledgeable instructor Kyoungho Koh will guide you through a series of Power Vinyasa yoga poses. An accessible, athletic form of yoga that focuses on the value of both strength and flexibility in each pose. All levels of experience are welcome!
