This is the first article in a series [following a listing](https://charlesgaterealty.com/home-seller-seminar/) and the steps to get a property sold.

I received a phone call requesting a Broker’s Price Opinion for an estate sale. A BPO is more complicated than a Comparative Market Analysis as it requires a detailed report looking at what is happening in the local sales market.
