What a great time of the year to go and see Sweeney Todd: the Musical.

This musical tells the tale of Sweeney Todd, a murderous barber, and his partner in crime, Nellie Lovett, a baker who disposes of the bodies by baking them into her pies. Meanwhile, Anthony Hope, a sailor who saved Todd's life, falls in love with Todd's estranged daughter, Johanna, who is being brought up as the ward of the twisted Judge Turpin.

I have always found glass blowing mezmerizing....this weekend,

Learn about the exciting art of glassblowing and enjoy the excitement of blowing your own decorative and colorful glass pumpkins.
This workshops quickly introduce the idea of teamwork in the hot shop. You will work as a group to create hollow glass pumpkins with decorative stems. The glass pumpkin will give the first time blower a strong introduction to creating sculptural glass pieces in the hot glass studio.

Remember the days of looney tunes? I think I have to hold them some what responsible for me taste in classical music. TOTALLY!! I wish they aired them on TV more!! I'm such a looney tunes junky!!

Anyhew, if you're not doing anything on Saturday the 23 at 10am-4pm head to Symphony Hall.
