What to Expect from CHARLESGATE
We are excited to work with you
As Managing Partner of CHARLESGATE, I am excited to announce the merger of Lamacchia Property Management with CHARLESGATE. I want to personally welcome you and your property to our family. With over 20 years of experience, CHARLESGATE offers a hospitality-based approach to full-service property management with a team of specialized members working together to service your home and investment needs. We deliver the expertise and guidance required to operate a property well, while creating delightful housing experiences for residents and owners.
While no transition like this is without challenges and surprises, we have invested a lot of resources from both the Lamacchia and CHARLESGATE teams to prepare for this transition. We have created this website resource to help make the transition as smooth as possible. Our goal is to welcome you with open arms and provide as much assistance as possible. Many questions are answered below but since I'm sure it's top of mind for you, your current fees will not change, and our property management portal is identical to the system you are used to using so it will be a familiar experience paying your condo fees or your rent and seeing reporting. Please note: although the portals are the same system, due to legal and privacy reasons, you will need to create a new account on the CHARLESGATE portal. You will receive a link to login prior to the transition date.
