We had a great turnout for last night’s Boston home buyer class this week with over 25 participants. These info sessions seem to be getting more and more popular with area home buyers (but can you blame them? …there is pizza and beer!)

The class covered all of the steps of the home buying process, broken down by our Charlesgate team leader P.T. Vineburgh, our buyer agent Susan Doig, and mortgage broker Ravi Pahuja. Our team fielded questions ranging from types of financing to what your condo fee covers and the importance of reserves.  From this hour and half of food and discussion, those who came now know how much they can afford to buy and are ready to take on the home buying process and find their dream home in one of Boston’s neighborhoods.
