desperately seeking boston real estate sellersOkay so obviously if you’re reading this right now than you have at least a slight interest in the local Boston Real Estate Market. So you know that inventory of real estate for sale is at record lows.

At the same time the market is very active already this year. January pending sales are up over last year (which itself was much more active than 2011), so the trend is that properties are coming off market faster than they’re added.

Some of you reading this have been lucky enough to have bought or sold a property with one of us here at Charlesgate Realty Group already, but I have been talking with other members of the sales team here and we all still have a large number of active buyers looking for properties who need to buy soon.
