Why Do We Love It?

Wilkes Passage, which was completed in 2002 has been on the neighborhood’s hottest projects for years. With over 150 units, the building features a concierge, garage parking, and a gigantic rooftop terrace. There are city conveniences all around the building with a 7/11, banks, and coffee shops across the street.
