Our very own Michael Dimella, managing partner of Charlesgate Realty Group, was just awarded Realtor of the Year by the Greater Boston Association of Realtors! The annual awards brunch took place last Tuesday, June 18th, at The Museum of Science in Boston. There, Mike accepted his award for his outstanding professional accomplishments during the course of his more than 10 year real estate career.
The consideration for the award is based upon three criteria:
- Local, State, & National Association Activities: Participation in the REALTOR® organization at the state, local, and national level.
- Community Service: Local, state and national participation in civic and service clubs.
- Business Accomplishments: The criterion here is not the number of dollars earned, but the public recognition gained from the manner in which he/she conducts his/her business.
For his innovative real estate sales & marketing skills and strategic thinking, Mike was previoulsy chosen to receive the prestigious 30 Under 30 Realtors in America award from Realtor Magazine. He is also frequently cited in local and national news publications, like The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal, Boston Magazine, and Banker & Tradesman for his insight and perspective on the Boston real estate market.
