Inside Look At Boston’s 4 Avalon Buildings

Avalon has long been known as an exceptional place to call home in Boston due to its phenomenal location and floor plans. Located right in the heart of the city, residents are literally connected to the Prudential Mall, Saks, Shaw’s Market, and tons of places to eat, shop, and play. You are also only steps away from hotels like Marriott, Westin, Sheraton, and Hilton as well as the newly opened BSC Prudential. When mother nature blasts Boston with its seemingly unending winters, it is nice to know you can do essentially anything without walking outside.

The Avalon buildings are comprised of 4 buildings that make up the complex (all surrounding Ring Road in Boston’s Back Bay.) Each building has its own “selling feature” that makes it unique and appealing to potential renters. The Gloucester building is near Shaws and boasts stunning views from their large outdoor balconies. The Boylston has a refined interior with larger floor plans that appeal to anyone. Two bedrooms start at $2825 and there are also a limited number of 3 bedroom floor plans available.

Avalon’s newly redecorated AVA building is still be finished but features a newly designed lobby and club level area with Bike room and resident living space. The hallways have also all been redone to offer a more modern feel to the building. Here are a few pics from the renovation:

The newest building to enter the mix is the exciting new Avalon Exeter, which will be opening its doors to residents next month. The homes will feature outstanding floor to ceiling windows, washer and dryer in unit, luxurious finishes, and amazing views. As with all of the Avalon buildings, the units will feature a full time concierge service, parking options, and, of course, the stellar location. Take a look at one of the “soon-to-be-finished” units snapped by Charlesgate’s Meredith Kiep on a showing:
