I hate waiting for actual sales data.  There is a lag between when sales are recorded I have compiled a "pending sales" data set for the Boston condo market, to get more of a "real time" peek at 1st quarter sales activity

So what does this all mean?

As you can see Q1 data is way down.  Are we screwed?  Is the sky falling?  Has the Boston downtown market finally turned over (after Clearly the market in Q1 is WAY down (at least as measured by # of sales and total volume
