Originally from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, Hazel Santana began her career in New Jersey, where she worked as a Loan Officer before earning her real estate license in 2004. Since then, she has built more than two decades of experience helping families navigate the path to homeownership.

Hazel loves educating and guiding her clients toward financial stability through real estate. For her, seeing families achieve their real estate goals and witnessing their happiness when it all comes together is what drives her passion everyday.

Outside of real estate, Hazel enjoys reading, listening to music, painting, and spending quality time with family and friends.Hazel is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds multiple professional designations, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®), Certified Home Stager (CHS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), and Certified in Equal Housing Opportunity.
