Michele Manzione-Bova
Real Estate Agent
Michele believes that investing in real estate is one of the most effective ways to build long-term wealth. To her, homeownership is far more than simply finding the right place to live—it’s about discovering a space to make memories, find comfort, and recharge from the demands of everyday life.
She understands that buying or selling a home is deeply personal, but it’s also one of the most empowering financial investments a person can make. With thoughtful care and maintenance, a property can appreciate significantly over time, putting homeowners in control of their financial future and building lasting equity.
Michele’s can-do attitude and enthusiastic nature allow her to connect with clients in a meaningful way. With over thirty-four years in the service industry, she recognizes that it’s a privilege to earn a client’s loyalty and trust. She truly loves every aspect of real estate—from staging homes to sell, to collaborating with her husband, Rich, on renovation and development projects.
Originally from Queens, New York, Michele moved to Reading in 2006. She is married to builder and real estate developer Richard Bova, owner of Tycon Development. Together, they raised their two sons, Tyler and Zack, in Reading and have deep roots in the community. Their family enjoys golfing at Meadowbrook Country Club, where they’ve been members for more than twenty years.
When she’s not helping clients or exploring design ideas, Michele enjoys pickleball, long walks, beach days, and cooking for her family.
Michele provides her clients with exclusive access to trusted resources and expert guidance, supporting both buyers and sellers at every stage of the real estate journey. Working alongside her husband, Rich, whose expertise in property evaluation adds a valuable layer of insight, Michele helps clients make confident, informed decisions. Whether preparing a home for sale or assessing a potential purchase, their collaborative approach ensures each client navigates the market with clarity, confidence, and a strategic edge.
