Before entering real estate, he founded BoldBrush Painting LLC, a company specializing in commercial and residential painting, interior and exterior projects, rot repair, and pressure washing. This hands-on experience allows him to bring a sharp eye for quality, detail, and potential when guiding clients through the buying or selling process.

Shane is a true people person, and he believes that real estate is all about building genuine relationships.
