Susan Sapienza Pierce is a licensed real estate professional who brings a thoughtful, research-driven approach to helping clients buy and sell with confidence. Born and raised in Peabody, and having lived in Middleton and Wenham, she offers strong local knowledge and a deep understanding of the North Shore market. She began her real estate career in 2015.

Susan’s professional background includes leadership roles in automotive management, healthcare, fitness, academia, and business ownership. She previously served as a District Manager for General Motors, owned a personal training business, worked as a teaching assistant at Boston University, and held positions in home healthcare and cardiac rehabilitation. This diverse experience has shaped her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through complex decisions.

She is passionate about helping people reach their goals and believes real estate is about providing clarity, support, and confidence throughout the process. Known for being knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated, Susan takes pride in offering clear communication and thoughtful guidance from start to finish.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University and a Master’s degree from Boston University. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exercising, gardening, reading, and working on home projects.
