CHARLESGATE is excited to welcome Joshua Rosenfield to the team as our newest agent. Focusing on sales and rentals, Joshua is excited to jump in and help people find their dream homes.

Joshua is originally from Wayland, MA. He attended Tulane University as an undergraduate and then worked in various fields; English teacher abroad, real estate finance, and the auto glass business. While working for his family’s auto glass business, Joshua decided to get an MBA at Babson College. Since then, he has started a real estate development and investment company specializing in multifamily residential properties.

In order to broaden his knowledge base and open new opportunities, Joshua decided to become a licensed real estate salesperson. Joshua prides himself on connecting with others and forming positive relationships. “I am excited to join the CHARLESGATE team, a company with a stellar reputation in Boston that really supports its agents.” 

In his own time, Joshua enjoys live music and traveling: he loves visiting other countries and experiencing new cultures and people.

What are you looking forward to most about working at CHARLESGATE? Meeting and working with talented co-workers.

How do you spend your free time? Do you have any hobbies? Travel, play guitar, take my two sons for ice cream.

What do you love about living in Boston? What are some of your favorite things to do in the city? I really enjoy raising my family in greater Boston. The school systems are excellent and there is an ever-growing number of young families planting roots here. I love getting a full four seasons throughout the year as well. Favorite things in the City include games at Fenway Park, going out to dinner, and the children's museum.

What is your favorite restaurant in the city? Toro in the South End.
