Todd Mikelonis has been a key leader at CHARLESGATE since 2004, bringing over 20 years of experience in the multifamily real estate industry. Throughout his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence within the company's multifamily management division.As a forward-thinking leader, Todd has spearheaded the development of innovative leasing approach and pod model, positioning the company at the forefront of their innovative property management strategies. His leadership has been instrumental in building and assembling a team of deeply experienced multifamily professionals, along with a strong operations team to support the company’s expansion in the mid-market multifamily sector across New England.Beyond team development, Todd continuously seeks to refine and implement new solutions in property operations. He has been a driving force behind the integration of new technologies and software aimed at enhancing the resident experience, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing property performance. Jason Tilley brings a wealth of property management experience to his role as Vice President of Property Management at CHARLESGATE. Known for his ability to lead high-performing teams and implement scalable systems, Jason combines operational expertise with emotional intelligence to drive both performance and culture. His career spans student housing, multifamily communities, and most recently, national leadership roles at Progress Residential, where he helped shape operations for one of the country’s largest single-family rental platforms to a portfolio of over 90,000 units. At CHARLESGATE, Jason plays a key role in the company’s expansion, partnering with leadership to refine internal systems, evolve the firm’s Property Operations Design (POD) model, and integrate emerging technologies that improve the resident experience. With a background in psychology and counseling, Jason is passionate about developing people-first solutions that create long-term success.

Kelly Robbins serves as Director of Services, overseeing all property maintenance operationsand project management functions across CHARLESGATE’s portfolio. In this role, she leads themaintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal teams, ensuring consistent, high-qualityservice delivery and operational excellence.Kelly also directs the firm’s capital project initiatives, managing capital repairs, renovations, andmajor improvements from planning through completion.
