His career spans student housing, multifamily communities, and most recently, national leadership roles at Progress Residential, where he helped shape operations for one of the country’s largest single-family rental platforms to a portfolio of over 90,000 units. At CHARLESGATE, Jason plays a key role in the company’s expansion, partnering with leadership to refine internal systems, evolve the firm’s Property Operations Design (POD) model, and integrate emerging technologies that improve the resident experience.
